Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

 

To request a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., cosmetics). Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns about your item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.

 

Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return the item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

14-day right of withdrawal within the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, for deliveries to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As previously mentioned, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
